Along the way I sat next to leaders at the moments that tested them most: a promotion they weren’t sure they were ready for, a reorg nobody asked for, a team that had stopped trusting each other.

I paid attention to what helped them grow and what got in the way. That’s what I bring to our work together.

I started Hardy Executive Advisory to give leaders a place to think out loud with someone who has been in the room. My coaching is direct and candid, and it starts with trust. We work on what’s in front of you this week, and we build habits that hold up long after we’re done.
